Instead of staring at your Blueprint and guessing what to do with it, you have someone to think it through with.
What actually happens during Blueprint+?
It starts with intake and a thorough two-hour live session where we map out how things actually run: your products/offers, your revenue, your team, your tools, what you’re committed to, and where things are held together with good intentions and muscle memory.
From there, I build your custom blueprint. A clear picture of where you are right now, what’s working and worth protecting, what’s fragile, and what needs to change first. Can this help if my business is in active crisis?
No. When you’re in crisis mode you need a solution that will give you immediate relief. You probably won’t have the budget or capacity to effectively engage in Blueprint+ either. Our first order of business is to accurately diagnose the issue(s) causing the crisis then stabilize things. I do this with an Advisory session.
How do I know if my business is in crisis mode?
“I’m about to lose my business and my mind” is a strong indicator that your business is in crisis mode. This is when I see business owners throw money at symptoms (new CRM, switching up social media marketing) hoping it’ll fix things. Unfortunately, it won’t.
