Operations, Systems, and Processes… oh my!

🔸 Operations: the collection of Systems

As the company gets larger, some Systems will have sub-Systems.

But as a freelancer, solopreneur, micro- or small biz, your structure is going to be pretty much straightforward… as listed above.

There is also a stark difference between knowing Systems and knowing Systems Tech.

See… a true Systems Expert is going to be good on any MLK. They’ll ensure that if you need to stop using a certain software for any reason, you can pack your things and go with minimal downtime.

As a client, it’s important to know the difference so that you have a better idea of what to look for when hiring.
